Eric was especially honored to help write Walter Cronkite’s host speech for the televised awards ceremony.
Through the University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, Eric applied for, received and oversaw a three-year, $480,000 documentary grant. The grant provided him the opportunity to create two, behind-the-scenes productions that documented the work of Peabody Award recipients National Public Radio and Viacom.
Eric attended the University of Georgia where he earned his B.A. in Communications and M.A. in Journalism from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
